To augment the internalization and development of leadership competencies, our people managers, from strategic leaders to people leaders to frontline/operational leaders, go through a systematic development series that sharpens their leadership skills, capabilities, personal insights. This enables them to embrace learning and sharing in new ways that enhance and build on their individual capacity as well as synergize as a team for optimized results. Our leadership competency model and talent management strategy journey forms our foundational guide in recruitment, career planning and leadership development strategies.
